  • A lehnga is a skirt worn with acholi, called a gypsy or gopi skirt.While women of the Gujrat and Rajasthan provinces of India usually represent the outfit for foreigners,the lehnga is native to several other parts of India too.Depending on which of India one is refering to,The lehnga is worn in differet styles,made of different fabrics





  • Saris are often woven with an extra length of material meant to be cut off and fashioned into a matching choli.The choli may be the sewn so that elaborately woven borders of the sari material  form the bottom edges of the choli sleeves. However, choli needs not the sari.There is a growing trend towards stretchy, comfortable choli made from knit materials.
